The Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) is a form of community service which aims to involve students directly in the development of village communities. This research aims to provide real and sustainable benefits to all elements in the West Tandun Village area, by developing local potential and community empowerment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. KKN students participate in environmental cleaning activities, provide outreach about the importance of environmental cleanliness, and provide education about health. The research results show that through KKN, public awareness of the environment, health and education has increased, which is expected to be sustainable to improve the welfare of the people of West Tandun Village.
