Community service is one of the implementations of the tridharma of higher education, conducted through the Community Service Program (KKN). The KKN activities in Gema focused on empowering the community through various strategic programs, such as improving educational literacy, developing creative economies, and strengthening religious and cultural values. The method used in these activities was participatory observation, where KKN students directly identified community needs and designed programs based on field data. This approach involved active community engagement to create sustainable solutions. The results of the program indicated an increase in community awareness and skills in various sectors, which are expected to continue growing post-KKN. This article aims to document the process, challenges, and outcomes of the KKN implementation in Gema, while providing inspiration for similar programs in the future.
